* § 82.07 Revocation and amendment of agreement.\n (a) The decision-maker may revoke all or part of a supported\ndecision-making agreement by notifying the supporters orally or in\nwriting, or by any other act evincing a specific intent to revoke the\nagreement. The failure of the decision-maker to notify supporters shall\nnot invalidate the revocation of all or part of the supported\ndecision-making agreement.\n (b) A decision-maker may amend a supported decision-making agreement\nat any time for any reason, subject to the requirements of this section.\nThe decision-maker shall notify all supporters of any amendment made to\nthe supported decision-making agreement, but the failure to do so shall\nnot invalidate the amendment.\n * NB Effective 90 days from the date that the regulations
