* § 82.06 Formation and term of agreement.\n (a) An adult may enter into a supported decision-making agreement at\nany time if the adult enters into the agreement voluntarily.\n (b) A decision-maker may sign a supported decision-making agreement in\nany manner, including electronic signatures permitted under article\nthree of the state technology law.\n (c) A supported decision-making agreement formed under the provisions\nof this article shall remain in effect unless and until revoked by the\ndecision-maker.\n * NB Effective 90 days from the date that the regulations issued in\naccordance with § 1 of chapter 481 of 2022 appear in the New York State\nRegister or the date such regulations are adopted, whichever is later.\n
