§ 24 — Enforcement of mechanic's lien
§ 24. Enforcement of mechanic's lien. The mechanics' liens specified\nin this article may be enforced against the property specified in the\nnotice of lien and which is subject thereto and against any person\nliable for the debt upon which the lien is founded, as prescribed in\narticle three of this chapter.\n
