§ 205. Remedy not exclusive. The preceding provisions of this article\ndo not preclude any other remedy by action or otherwise, now existing,\nfor the enforcement of a lien against personal property, or bar the\nright to recover so much of the debt as shall not be paid by the\nproceeds of the sale of the property.\n
