§ 907 — Investigations and complaints
§ 907. Investigations and complaints. The commissioner shall have the\nauthority to inspect ongoing or completed asbestos projects and to\nconduct an investigation upon his or her own initiation or upon receipt\nof a complaint by any person or entity.\n
