§ 805. Personnel; compensation.

1.The commissioner by official order\nmay assign to the work of the board, or any part thereof, any officer or\nemployee of the department, who shall perform such services under this\narticle as the commissioner may direct. The persons so appointed shall\nnot receive any additional compensation for services performed, but\nshall be allowed their actual and necessary expenses incurred in the\nperformance of their duties under this article.\n 2. Each appointive member of the board shall be entitled to be\nreimbursed for his traveling and other expenses actually and necessarily\nincurred by him in the performances of his duties and, in addition,\nshall receive a compensation to be fixed by the commissioner within the\namount available by appropriation.\n
