§ 802. Rules. The commissioner may make rules regulating the\nprocedure of any board of inquiry, including rules relating to the\nattendance of witnesses, and the production of books, contracts, papers,\ndocuments and other evidence which the board may determine to be\nrelevant to the subject matter of the inquiry.\n
