  § 602. Application. This title shall apply to a claimant employed by\nan employer whose application to participate in a shared work program\nhas been approved by the commissioner. The provisions of subdivision\nfour of section five hundred twenty-seven, subdivisions three and seven\nof section five hundred ninety and subdivision four of section five\nhundred ninety-six of this article shall not be applicable to such\nclaimant and he or she shall not be required to be available for work\nwith any other employer nor shall he or she be required to search for\nwork in accordance with subdivision two of section five hundred\nninety-one of this article if he or she is available for his or her\nusual hours of work with his or her employer that has been accepted to\nparticipate in the shared wor
