§ 207-a. Employee safety in work on energized high voltage lines. 1.\nThere shall be no change in the present industry work practices,\nprocedures and standards with regard to bare-hand, live-line techniques\nor with insulated-glove techniques in the handling of energized\nhigh-voltage lines and equipment having a voltage differential in excess\nof 15 kv between any pair of conductors or grounds. Changes in industry\nwork practices, procedures and standards relative to the handling of\nenergized high-voltage lines and equipment having a voltage differential\nin excess of 15 kv between any pair of conductors or grounds shall be\npermitted where such changes require the utilization of "hot stick"\nmethods.
