§ 202-d. Coin-operated machines performing a manufacturing process.\nThe commissioner may make such rules governing the construction,\nmaintenance, use, and operation of coin-operated machines which perform\nany manufacturing process that he or she finds necessary for the\nprotection of the lives, health, and safety of employees and of persons\nlawfully using such machines. The term "manufacturing" as used in this\nsection shall include the processes described in subdivision nine of\nsection two of this chapter.\n
