§ 102 — Review by court

§ 102. Review by court.

1.The decision of the board in a proceeding\nunder section one hundred one of this chapter shall be final except that\nsuch decision shall be subject to appeal by an aggrieved party in a\nproceeding under article seventy-eight of the civil practice law and\nrules for judicial review, if such proceeding is commenced within sixty\ndays after the decision is issued.\n 2. The commissioner shall be considered a party entitled, if\naggrieved, to seek judicial review under this section.\n
