§ 75. Location of appellate court in each department. The appellate\ncourt shall be located, respectively, in the first department, in the\ncounty of New York; in the second department, in the borough of\nBrooklyn; in the third department, in the city of Albany; and in the\nfourth department, in city of Rochester; but terms thereof may be held\nelsewhere in such departments, whenever in the discretion of the\njustices thereof, respectively, public interests may require.\n
