§ 505. Oath of office. Before entering upon the duties of his office a\ncommissioner appointed under this article, and each deputy, assistant or\nemployee, shall take the oath of office prescribed by law and file the\nsame with the office of court administration and in the office of the\ncounty clerk without charge.\n
