§ 466 — Attorney's oath of office
§ 466. Attorney's oath of office.
1.Each person, admitted as\nprescribed in this chapter must, upon his or her admission, take the\nconstitutional oath of office in open court, and subscribe the same in a\nroll or book, to be kept in the office of the clerk of the appellate\ndivision of the supreme court for that purpose.\n 2. Any person now in actual service in the armed forces of the United\nStates or whose induction or enlistment therein is imminent, or within\nsixty days after such person (1) has been honorably discharged, or (2)\nhas received a discharge other than bad conduct or dishonorable from\nsuch service, if such person has a qualifying condition, as defined in\nsection one of the veterans' services law, or (3) has received a\ndischarge other than bad conduct or dishonorabl
