§ 411-b. Designation by sheriff of Dutchess county of attendants for\ncertain courts in such county. The sheriff of the county of Dutchess is\nhereby authorized to designate such number of deputy sheriffs as shall\nbe authorized by resolution of the board of supervisors of such county,\nwho shall act as attendants at all terms of the supreme court, county\ncourt, surrogate's court, and family court held in such county, and who\nshall perform any and all other duties required of or imposed upon them\nby law or by such sheriff. Such deputies shall receive such\ncompensation as may be fixed and determined by the board of supervisors\nof such county.\n
