§ 320. Fees of stenographer on appeals; Niagara county court. Upon an\nappeal by the defendant from a judgment of the county court of Niagara\ncounty on a conviction after indictment, the stenographer of the court\nshall be entitled to the fees prescribed by the civil practice law and\nrules for transcribing the minutes of the trial, to be paid by the\nappellant.\n
