§ 311 — Appointment of assistant stenographer in Kings county

§ 311. Appointment of assistant stenographer in Kings county. A\nstenographer, appointed as prescribed in subdivision one of section one\nhundred and fifty-nine of this chapter by the justices of the supreme\ncourt residing in the county of Kings, may, with the consent of the\njudge holding or presiding at a special or trial term of the supreme\ncourt, employ an assistant-stenographer to aid him in the discharge of\nhis duties at that term, whose compensation must be paid by the\nstenographer and shall not become a county charge.\n
