§ 275. Salary of special deputy clerks for the supreme court in Queens\ncounty. The salary of the special deputy clerks mentioned in section\ntwo hundred and seventy-four shall be fixed by the justices of the\nsupreme court residing in the county, or a majority of them, and when so\nfixed shall be paid from the court funds of said county.\n
