§ 245. Time of holding the court. Upon the delivery of an impeachment\nfrom the assembly to the senate the president of the senate must cause\nthe court to be summoned to meet at the capitol in the city of Albany,\non a day not less than thirty nor more than sixty days from the day of\nthe delivery of the articles of impeachment.\n
