§ 249-a. Internal control responsibilities.

1.The chief judge shall:\n a. establish and maintain for the judiciary guidelines for a system of\ninternal control;\n b. establish and maintain for the judiciary a system of internal\ncontrol and a program of internal control review. The program of\ninternal review shall be designed to identify internal control\nweaknesses and identify actions that are needed to correct these\nweaknesses; and\n c. designate one or more internal control officers to implement and\nreview the internal control responsibilities established pursuant to\nthis section.\n 2.
