§ 181. Surrogate's court, New York county; expenses. The surrogates of\nNew York county, not later than the first day of February in each year,\nshall submit to the director of the budget of the city of New York an\nestimate of the requirements for current expenses of their office and\ncourt for the ensuing fiscal year. Such estimate shall contain a\nstatement of each of the salaries of the officers, clerks, attendants,\nemployees and subordinates in such office and court.\n
