§ 13. Court or judge may direct the filing of original stenographic\nminutes with clerk. The court or a judge thereof may, in its or his\ndiscretion, upon or without an application for that purpose make an\norder directing the stenographer to file with the clerk, forthwith or\nwithin a specified time, the original stenographic notes taken upon a\ntrial or hearing.\n
