§ 4206. Deposits by life, accident and health, and legal services\ninsurance companies. Before being licensed to do business, every\ndomestic life insurance company, every domestic accident and health\ninsurance company and every domestic legal services insurance company\nshall deposit with the superintendent at least one hundred thousand\ndollars in securities eligible for deposits, except that every such\ncompany initially licensed on or after July first, nineteen hundred\neighty-two shall make a deposit with the superintendent at least equal\nto two hundred percent of the amount required hereinabove.\n
