§ 4205. Life, accident and health, and legal services insurance\ncompanies; engaging in other business. No life insurance company\nlicensed to do a life insurance business in this state shall do any\nbusiness other than the kinds of business specified in paragraphs one,\ntwo, three, twenty-nine and thirty-one of subsection (a) of section one\nthousand one hundred thirteen, sections one thousand one hundred\nfourteen, one thousand seven hundred fourteen and three thousand two\nhundred twenty-two of this chapter and such other business as is\nnecessarily or properly incidental thereto. Except as stated in section\none thousand one hundred six of this chapter, this section shall apply\nto the business within or without this state of such a foreign life\ninsurance company and shall apply onl
