§ 336. War risk exclusion; notification. Prior to a life insurer\ncommencing the issuance of life insurance policies which contain any\nprovision that restricts or excludes payment of the life insurance death\nbenefit in the event of death as the result of war or the special\nhazards incident to service as defined in subsection (c) of section\nthree thousand two hundred three of this chapter such insurer shall\nnotify the superintendent specifying how, when, where and to which class\nof persons such provision will apply and shall also notify the\nsuperintendent when it ceases issuing such policies. The superintendent\nshall make such information known to the public in such manner and at\nsuch times as shall be determined by the superintendent.\n
