§ 330. Rating services available to other states.
(a)The\nsuperintendent shall have authority to contract with the insurance\nsupervisory officials of other states to make available the services of\nthe rating and statistics sections of the department for the purpose of\nexamining and reviewing rate filings made with such officials and to\nrender such other advisory assistance in connection therewith as said\nofficials may request. The provisions of section one hundred twelve of\nthe state finance law shall be applicable to such contracts.\n (b) All expenses, including the compensation of officers and employees\nof the department made pursuant to any such contract, shall be paid in\nthe first instance out of the state treasury on the certificate of the\nsuperintendent upon audit and wa
