§ 2408 — Judicial review by intervenor

§ 2408. Judicial review by intervenor. If the report of the\nsuperintendent made pursuant to subsection (c) of section two thousand\nfour hundred five of this article or the order of the superintendent\nmade pursuant to subsection (a) of section two thousand four hundred six\nof this article does not charge a violation of this article, then any\nintervenor in the proceedings may, after the service of such report or\norder upon the intervenor and within the time allowed by law, commence a\nproceeding for judicial review.\n
