§ 2407. Procedure after report; determined violation.
(a)If the\nreport charges a determined violation and if the method of competition,\nact or practice constituting such determined violation has not been\ndiscontinued, the superintendent may, through the attorney general, at\nany time after the service of the report cause an action to be\ninstituted to enjoin the person from engaging in such determined\nviolation.\n (b) The court may on motion and affidavits grant a preliminary\ninjunction and interlocutory injunction upon such terms as may be just.\n (c) A certified transcript of the proceedings before the\nsuperintendent including all evidence taken and the report and findings\nshall be received in evidence in the action.\n
