  * § 2326. Evaluation of competitive rating provisions. The\nsuperintendent shall continuously monitor the operation of the\nprovisions of this article which are applicable to the kinds of\ninsurance or insurance activities the rates for which, pursuant to\nsubsection (a) of section two thousand three hundred five of this\narticle, are not subject to prior approval.\n  * NB Expires July 1, 2026\n
