§ 2306. Delegation of rate filing obligation. An insurer or group of\ninsurers may discharge the rate filing obligation required by\nsubsections (b) and (c) of section two thousand three hundred five of\nthis article by giving notice to the superintendent that it uses rates\nand rate information prepared by a designated rate service organization,\nwith such information and modifications thereof as is necessary fully to\ninform the superintendent. The rate and rate information of such insurer\nor group of insurers shall be those filed from time to time by the rate\nservice organization, including any amendments thereto as filed,\nsubject, however, in the case of an insurer to the modifications filed\nby such insurer.\n
