§ 1612 — Regulations

§ 1612. Regulations. In addition to the powers expressly given by this\narticle, the superintendent shall have the power to promulgate, from\ntime to time, such regulations, not inconsistent with this chapter, as\nmay be appropriate to carry out this article and, insofar as applicable\nto this article, other provisions of this chapter.\n
