  § 1511. Expenses for group-wide supervision. A controlled insurer\nshall be liable for and shall pay the reasonable expenses of the\nsuperintendent's participation in the administration of group-wide\nsupervision of internationally active insurance groups, including the\nengagement of attorneys, actuaries, and any other professionals and all\nreasonable travel expenses.\n
