§ 1508. Acceptance of reports filed with government agencies. To the\nextent that any information or material is set forth in forms or other\nmatter on file with any government agency or in a registration form\nfiled with the superintendent by another person within the same holding\ncompany system, the controlled insurer may comply with the registration\nor reporting requirements of this article by referring in its\nregistration form or report to such other filed matter and attaching a\ncopy thereof certified by the insurer as a true and complete copy, to\nsuch registration form or report or, if such other filed matter is on\nfile with the superintendent, incorporating such matter by reference.\n
