§ 352 — Construction
§ 352. Construction. The provisions of this chapter so far as they are\nsubstantially the same as those existing at the time they shall take\neffect, shall be construed as a continuation of such laws, modified or\namended, according to the language employed in this chapter, and not as\nnew elements. References in laws not repealed to provisions of law\nincorporated in this chapter and repealed, shall be construed as\napplying to the provisions so incorporated.\n
