§ 350. Pending actions or proceedings. This chapter shall not affect\npending actions or proceedings, civil or criminal, pertaining to the\nconstruction, improvement, maintenance, supervision or control of\nhighways and bridges, brought by or against the commissioner of\ntransportation, or county engineer or a county superintendent of\nhighways, or a town superintendent of highways, under the provisions of\nany statute hereby repealed, but the same may be prosecuted or defended\nin the same manner by the department of transportation or by the officer\nhaving jurisdiction in respect thereto.
