§ 250. Acquisition by attorney general. Upon the receipt of such\ncertification of approval the attorney general shall, in the name of the\npeople of the state, acquire title to said toll bridge and its franchise\nrights in accordance with the provisions of the eminent domain procedure\nlaw for the acquisition of property for public purposes. When said court\nshall have determined the value of such toll bridge, the attorney\ngeneral shall certify such determination to the comptroller and to the\nboard or boards of supervisors of the county or counties wherein such\ntoll bridge is situated. After the receipt thereof, upon a majority vote\nof the board or boards of supervisors, they shall adopt a resolution\napproving the purchase of said toll bridge under the provisions of this\narticle a
