  * § 912. Tioga county industrial development agency. For the benefit\nof the county of Tioga and the inhabitants thereof, an industrial\ndevelopment agency, to be known as the TIOGA COUNTY INDUSTRIAL\nDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, is hereby established for the accomplishment of any\nor all of the purposes specified in title one of article eighteen-A of\nthis chapter or for the promotion and development of recreational\nfacilities in the county of Tioga in order to promote and protect the\nhealth of the inhabitants and to increase trade and attract tourists.\nIt shall constitute a body corporate and politic, and be perpetual in\nduration. It shall have the powers and duties now or hereafter conferred\nby title one of article eighteen-A of this chapter upon industrial\ndevelopment agencies. Projects
