§ 888 — Inconsistent provisions in other acts superseded

§ 888. Inconsistent provisions in other acts superseded. Insofar as\nthe provisions of this title are inconsistent with the provisions of any\nother act, general or special, or of any local laws of the municipality,\nthe provisions of this title shall be controlling except in cases of\ninconsistency with the Indian law.\n
