§ 884. Public bidding. The provisions of any law relating to the\nrequirement of public bidding with respect to the construction of public\nfacilities or projects shall not be applicable to the acquisition,\nconstruction, reconstruction, improvement, maintenance, equipping and\nfurnishing of projects authorized by this act.\n
