§ 86. Regulation of commercial and business activities on Memorial day\nand Independence day. The municipal officers and boards in the several\ncities, towns and villages of this state now having the authority to\nenact ordinances and local laws, may adopt ordinances or local laws\nregulating the nature of commercial and business activities that may be\nconducted on Memorial day and Independence day and the hours within\nwhich the various types of commercial and business activities may be\nconducted on Memorial day and Independence day. Provision shall be made\nin such ordinances or local laws for punishment of violations thereof.\n
