§ 761. Publication of proposed elector initiated consolidation plan.\nNo later than five business days after approving a proposed elector\ninitiated consolidation plan pursuant to section seven hundred sixty of\nthis title, the governing body or bodies of the local government\nentities to be consolidated shall:\n 1. cause a copy of the proposed elector initiated consolidation plan,\nalong with a descriptive summary thereof, to be displayed and readily\naccessible to the public for inspection in a public place or places\nwithin each entity;\n 2. cause the proposed elector initiated consolidation plan, along with\na descriptive summary thereof and a reference to the public place or\nplaces within each entity where a copy thereof may be examined, to be\ndisplayed on a website maintained b
