§ 584. Port Jervis community development agency. A municipal urban\nrenewal agency, to be known as the Port Jervis community development\nagency, is hereby established for the accomplishment of any or all of\nthe purposes specified in articles fifteen and fifteen-A of this chapter\nand in accordance with article eighteen of the constitution of the state\nof New York. It shall constitute a body corporate and politic, be\nperpetual in duration and consist of not less than three and not more\nthan seven members. Three of the members, who shall be residents of Port\nJervis, shall be appointed by the mayor to serve for one, two and three\nyear terms, respectively.
