§ 464. Appointment of members of interlocal advisory boards. Each\ncontracting public agency of this state shall be represented on any\ninterlocal advisory board established by an interlocal agreement to\nwhich it is a party. Its representatives shall be appointed by the\ngoverning board of the contracting public agency of this state, or in\nsuch other manner as shall be prescribed by such governing board. The\nqualifications, terms of office and compensation, if any, of such\nrepresentatives shall be prescribed by such governing board, subject to\nany applicable provisions of the interlocal agreement.\n
