§ 440. Display of American flag at public meetings. The board, body or\nofficer having supervision shall cause the flag of the United States to\nbe appropriately displayed upon the walls of any hall or other meeting\nplace in a public building owned by the municipality during any meeting\nor gathering of persons to which the public is invited.\n
