§ 365. Effect of unconstitutionality in part. If any section, clause\nor provision of this article shall be unconstitutional or invalid or\nineffective in whole or in part, to the extent that it is not\nunconstitutional or invalid or ineffective it shall be valid and\neffective; and no other section, clause or provision shall on account\nthereof be deemed invalid or ineffective.\n
