§ 244-b. Joint playgrounds or neighborhood recreation centers. Any\ntwo or more such municipalities may jointly acquire property for and\noperate and maintain playgrounds or neighborhood recreation centers and\nmay make and perform agreements in connection therewith. Any school\ndistrict shall have the power to join with any such municipality in\nequipping, operating and maintaining playgrounds and neighborhood\nrecreation centers, may appropriate money therefor and may make and\nperform agreements in connection therewith. Such agreements between\nmunicipalities or a school district and a municipality shall include\nprovisions for the proportionate cost to be borne by each municipality\nor school district and the manner of employment of personnel and may\nprovide that a fiscal officer
