Text

§ 244. Organization of commission. The members of a recreation\ncommission established pursuant to this article shall elect from their\nown number a chairman and secretary and other necessary officers to\nserve for one year, and may employ such persons as may be needed, as\nauthorized by this act and pursuant to law. Such a recreation\ncommission shall have power to adopt rules of procedure for the conduct\nof all business within its jurisdiction.\n
