§ 195-p. Transfer restrictions. Not-for-profit, charitable or\nreligious organizations authorized to sell bell jar tickets in\naccordance with this article shall purchase bell jar tickets only from\ndistributors licensed by the board. No not-for-profit, charitable, or\nreligious organization shall sell, donate, or otherwise transfer bell\njar tickets to any other not-for-profit, charitable or religious\norganization.\n
