§ 905. Disclosures. * 1. Each peer-to-peer car sharing program\nagreement made in this state shall disclose and separately state or\nitemize to the shared vehicle owner and the shared vehicle driver:\n (a) the daily rate, fees, and, if applicable, any insurance or\nprotection package costs that shall be charged to the shared vehicle\nowner or the shared vehicle driver; and\n (b) an emergency telephone number to contact personnel capable of\nproviding roadside assistance and handling other customer service\ninquiries.\n * NB Effective until June 17, 2026\n * 1.
