§ 875-E — Employee training

§ 875-e. Employee training.
1.Every dealer shall provide the training\ndeveloped by the superintendent pursuant to subdivision two of this\nsection to all new employees within thirty days of employment, to all\nexisting employees within ninety days of the effective date of this\nsection, and to all employees annually thereafter.\n 2. The superintendent shall develop and make available to each dealer,\na training course in the conduct of firearm, rifle, and shotgun\ntransfers including at a minimum the following:\n (a) Federal and state laws governing firearm, rifle, and shotgun\ntransfers.\n (b) How to recognize, identify, respond, and report straw purchases,\nillegal purchases, and fraudulent activity.\n (c) How to recognize, identify, respond, and report an individual who\nintends
